It pushes me out of my comfort zone, just like Nedd’s journey inspires us all to do. I'm stepping up to this challenge to not only grow personally but also to raise awareness and support for We Are Mobilise, helping people in Australia experiencing homelessness.

Day 3 - Push ups

Wednesday 22nd Oct
1 snooze past 6am but managed to get up and out to the rooftop for Nitro boot camp day 3 - Push ups! The team will be doing 300 collectively.

Day 2 - Success! + First Pilates class

Tuesday 21st Oct
Success on day 2, 6am wake up with a small ring workout on my rooftop to get back into the groove.
Pilates with the team in the morning, proper burn, legs feeling like proper jelly post workout.

Day 1 - Nitro team run + rough start to 6am's

Monday 20th Oct
Great team run today, 2km circuit around the office hitting a bit of Moore Park. John from Perth also joining in from Zoom was awesome.
Tough start to the 6am wake up challenge with a late night on Sunday, will make up for it by extending the challenge to next Friday!

Nitro Boot Camp

Thursday 16th Oct
The Nitro team will be doing a different physical challenge each day to get uncomfortable!

20th Mon - 2km team run (together)
21st Tue - Pilates
22nd Wed - Team collectively does 300 push ups
23rd Thu - Team collectively does 700 squats
24th Fri - Lift class
25th Sat - Cold shower only day
26th Sun - Team collectively runs a marathon (42km)
27th Mon - Cold shower only day
28th Tue - Yoga
29th Wed - Basketball matchup (Centennial park)
