WHAT ARE THE CHALLENGES?

There's one rule that matters: it has to be uncomfortable for you.
Do the 1-2-2 or do your own thing. As long as it pushes you somewhere you wouldn't normally go, so that the people around you celebrate your hard work and you surprise yourself with your success at the end of the Uncomfortable Challenge.
