Getting Uncomfortable for a Cause
Friday 17th OctIf you know me, you know I’m not one to sit still for long. But the past few months have tested that I’ve been coming off a broken foot and twelve weeks of recovery. It’s been tough, both physically and mentally, but it’s also reminded me how much I value movement, challenge, and purpose.
That’s why I’ve jumped into Nedd’s Uncomfortable Challenge to back We Are Mobilise and make a difference for Australians doing it tough. Nedd’s message about leaning into discomfort really hits home. After months on the sidelines, this is my way of proving to myself that I’m back stronger, more grateful, and ready to push limits again.
