Run 10km A Day
for Nedd’s Uncomfortable Challenge
My challenge is uncomfortable for me because...
I will be running 10km a day for 10 days straight but with a twist I won’t know what type of 10km run I will be doing until the morning of I will put a poll up every day and you vote examples may be Hilly runs, threshold sessions, speed sessions or slow runs.
All my runs will also be completed before 10am each day.
It pushes me out of my comfort zone, just like Nedd’s journey inspires us all to do. I'm stepping up to this challenge to not only grow personally but also to raise awareness and support for We Are Mobilise, helping people in Australia experiencing homelessness.
