for Nedd’s Uncomfortable Challenge
My challenge is uncomfortable for me because...
I’m swimming 50km in 10 days [5km each day]. Balancing a global business and a young family means time to train is limited, so this challenge is as much about discipline and routine as it is about the swimming. I’m also doing it to raise awareness for those experiencing homelessness, where early mornings are often about survival, not choice.
