...quite frankly, I can't think of anything worse than running alone with my own thoughts. Ask me to play any team sport - soccer, cricket, footy, you name it - and I'm in straight away, but running? Not my thing. I'm running 5km every day for Nedd's Uncomfortable Challenge to raise money and awareness for homelessness, push myself both physically and mentally, and turn something uncomfortable into something that truly makes a difference.
