Running a distance dosnt come second nature to me , it’s a mental battle everytime I set my foot on the ground but I know what I’ve got in me , we’ve all got it in us , making myself uncomfortable for those that live it everyday is the least I can do , time to get NUCed up 🚀🏃🏻♀️
