My Challenge is to...
The Rotto 600 - 2 Days - 300km Per Day
for Nedd’s Uncomfortable Challenge
My challenge is uncomfortable for me because...
Last year, I joined my mate Jase in taking on Nedd's Uncomfortable Challenge, and it was one of the most rewarding things I've done.
It wasn't just about pushing ourselves physically. It also opened our eyes to the reality that more than 122,000 Australians experience homelessness on any given night.
This year, we were brainstorming what we should do for the challenge when Jase came up with The Rotto 600.
On 23 and 24 October, he'll ride an incredible 600km around Rottnest Island to raise awareness and funds for Australians experiencing homelessness through We Are Mobilise and Nedd's Uncomfortable Challenge.
As soon as he told me about it, I was in.
I can't solve homelessness, but I can get uncomfortable for a cause that matters. That's why I'm joining Jase again this year and supporting The Rotto 600.
Whether it's donating, sponsoring, joining the team or simply sharing the message, every bit of support helps. You don't have to ride 600km—ride 10km, walk, run or challenge yourself in your own way. Even my young boys will be joining with their own challenge!
Let's get uncomfortable together, start some conversations, and help more Australians find a safe place to call home.
Thank you to my donors
