My Story........
Last year, I took part in Nedd's Uncomfortable Challenge and rode 1,100km over 10 days to raise money for homelessness. What started as a personal challenge opened my eyes to a reality many Australians face every day.
More than 122,000 Australians are homeless on any given night. While most of us are focused on our jobs, families and day-to-day lives, thousands of people are wondering where they'll sleep tonight.
I can't solve homelessness. Nedd and Mobilise are working hard on that.
But I can do something.
That's why I created The Rotto 600.
On 23 and 24 October 2026, I'll ride 600km around Rottnest Island to raise awareness and funds for Australians experiencing homelessness.
There are no records to break and no medals at the finish line.
The goal is simple:
Raise awareness. Raise funds. Start conversations. Make a difference.
Every dollar raised supports the work being done by We Are Mobilise through Nedd's Uncomfortable Challenge.
While I'll be riding 600km, The Rotto 600 isn't about me. It's about building a community of people willing to get uncomfortable for a great cause.
Anyone can join the team and take part in their own way. Ride 10km. Ride 50km. Ride 100km. Walk, run or challenge yourself however you choose. The distance doesn't matter.
What matters is showing up, challenging yourself and helping shine a light on an issue that affects thousands of Australians every day.

We Are Mobilise is Australia's Direct Giving platform — your donation goes directly to securing housing for someone experiencing homelessness, through a network of 50+ charity partners nationwide. Just $36 funds a night of housing. Since Nedd's run in 2022, Mobilise has helped over 1,500 people into stable homes. Every dollar given takes Mobilise one step closer to proving that homelessness is solvable in Australia.
