Team Description
The Rotto 600 is a community fundraising team supporting Nedd's Uncomfortable Challenge and We Are Mobilise.
Last year, I took part in Nedd's Uncomfortable Challenge and rode 1,100km over 10 days to raise money for homelessness. What started as a personal challenge opened my eyes to a reality many Australians face every day.
More than 122,000 Australians are homeless on any given night. While most of us are focused on our jobs, families and day-to-day lives, thousands of people are wondering where they'll sleep tonight.
I can't solve homelessness. Nedd and Mobilise are working hard on that.
But we can all do something.
That's why I created The Rotto 600.
On 23 and 24 October 2026, I'll be riding 600km around Rottnest Island, but The Rotto 600 isn't just about one person. Anyone can join the team and take part in their own way.
Ride 10km. Ride 50km. Ride 100km. Walk, run or challenge yourself however you choose. The distance doesn't matter.
What matters is getting uncomfortable for a great cause and helping raise awareness and funds for Australians experiencing homelessness.
There are no records to break and no medals at the finish line.
The goal is simple:
Raise awareness. Raise funds. Start conversations. Make a difference.
Every dollar raised supports the work being done by We Are Mobilise through Nedd's Uncomfortable Challenge.
This isn't about one rider or one challenge.
It's about a community of people coming together to shine a light on an issue that affects thousands of Australians every day.
If you'd like to join the team, donate, sponsor or simply help spread the word, we'd love to have you involved.
Together, we can help more Australians find a safe place to call home.
Thank you to our donors
