It pushes me out of my comfort zone, just like Nedd’s journey inspires us all to do. I'm stepping up to this challenge to not only grow personally but also to raise awareness and support for We Are Mobilise, helping people in Australia experiencing homelessness.

Day TEN 🎉🥳🎉

Wednesday 29th Oct
It was a soggy and wet end to my ten day challenge, but I was up and out of bed in the dark and the rain to run my final 3km! I still need to make it through today with no coffee, but I’ll get there!!

Today was a little bit easier to get up for, with a beautiful sunrise! It made my run A LOT slower while I watched the sun rise over the ocean

Day 5 was a tough one in the midday sun 🥵 the no coffee is getting easier… i only want it 95% of the time now!

Today was a slow start, but I pushed through and enjoyed the sunrise as I got started. The knees are feeling it, but no coffee is getting easier!

Day Three is a hot one! It feels good to have done the 3km before the 38’ day hits! The blisters have started, so tomorrow will be a challenge 😬

Tuesday 21st Oct
Today was tough! I had a 1 hours strength Pilates class up right before my 3km run. I was sore and feeling sorry for myself, but pushed through the uncomfortable to do it. The no coffee was even harder 😞 Today was an oval/mangroves/bay run. Not quite as easy as the paved beach run!
