for Nedd’s Uncomfortable Challenge
My challenge is uncomfortable for me because...
I’m not a runner. I don’t bounce out of bed dreaming of pounding the pavement. But I do believe in pushing boundaries, backing people who dream big, and doing things that feel uncomfortable, because that’s where the real growth happens.
So when Nedd Brockmann kicked off the “Uncomfortable Challenge,” I knew I had to get involved. Ten days. Ten runs. Ten kilometres a pop. It’s not about the medals, the personal bests, or pretending I’m some kind of athlete. It’s about leaning into the hard stuff, showing up every day and proving to myself (and hopefully others) that we’re capable of more than we think.
This challenge isn’t just about running, it’s about shining a light on resilience, generosity and having a crack at something bigger than yourself. That’s what fires me up.
I’ll be sore, probably a bit grumpy and definitely slower than Nedd, but I’ll keep showing up!!
