My challenge is uncomfortable for me because...
Waking up at 4:30am and getting outside is an uncomfortable challenge for me because I am definitely not a morning person. Getting out of bed when it is still dark and cold is difficult, and the low temperature makes it even harder to feel motivated. It also makes me think about people experiencing homelessness, who sometimes have no choice but to wake up early and face the cold and uncomfortable environment around them. Despite this, I push myself to get outside and complete the challenge. It teaches me that stepping outside my comfort zone is difficult, but I am capable of challenging myself and developing greater empathy for others.
