My Challenge is to...
living on $5 a day
for Nedd’s Uncomfortable Challenge
My challenge is uncomfortable for me because...
I’m taking part in Nedd’s Uncomfortable Challenge because I want to step outside my comfort zone and gain a greater appreciation for the many people around the world who live with far less than I do. I’ll be challenging myself to live on just $5 a day, which will make me think carefully about how I spend money and how easily I can take everyday comforts for granted. While I know this is only a small glimpse of what financial hardship can feel like, I hope it will help me develop greater empathy and understanding for those who face these challenges every day, through no choice of their own. Most importantly, I’m doing this to raise awareness and funds for Nedd’s, so that together we can help make a meaningful difference in the lives of people who are less fortunate.
Thank you to my donors
