My Challenge is to...

Run 21km a day

EVERY DAY FOR 10 DAYS IN 2025

My challenge is uncomfortable for me because...

It pushes me out of my comfort zone, both mentally and physically. But will strengthen a resolve that will be required to grow as a person, a husband, father and friend, which i hope in turn will encourage those around me to grow themselves.

Monday 7th Jul
Holy crackers - uploaded my challenge, and in a couple of hours nearly a third of the way there. Blessed to know some outstanding people, and looking forward to getting the goal........and then some!! Couldn't do this stuff without my incredibly supportive wife and training partner by my side :)
