My challenge is uncomfortable for me because...
I am not the sort of person who is comfortable being silent. I love chatting to everyone. My favorite part of the day is between 10am - 11am when I normally get students visiting my office for their daily fruit break - I love chatting to them about how their day is going. I try and teach them the value of conversation and saying hello to people!
For me it's a challenge to not speak - for the kids is probably relief that I won't annoy them!
This will definitely make me uncomfortable!
