My challenge is uncomfortable for me because...
I drink a lot of coffee. I love the taste, the smell, the ritual. I love that it’s social and connects me to others. I’m so lucky that I can make one at home or buy one from a cafe. 10 days without it (I usually have x2 a day at least) is going to be so hard…but I am so so privileged to be able to make this kind of pledge and I hope lots of others do something that makes them uncomfy, too.
