My challenge is uncomfortable for me because...

It pushes me out of my comfort zone, just like Nedd’s journey inspires us all to do. I'm stepping up to this challenge to not only grow personally but also to raise awareness and support for We Are Mobilise, helping people in Australia experiencing homelessness.

DAY4

Thursday 23rd Oct
8km run around Albert Park Lake First 5km 4:30-4:45kms 6-8 5:30~ Great loop and HEAPS of people, haven’t ran with that many people outside of events. Overall a good run, shins hurt and my ingrown toenail wasn’t doing me any favours.

DAY 3

Thursday 23rd Oct
Extreme weather and long hours at work stopped me doing an activity but VERY exciting news! Got myself a bike! Plan to get my first ride in during this challenge, nervous for it but really keen!

DAY 2

Tuesday 21st Oct
Day 2 done! Threshold run @ race pace for 7km! Happy with the results and keen for what tomorrow brings!

Day 1 IN THE BOOKS

Monday 20th Oct
Strava is down so can’t post the proof BUT!
5pm Gym session done and dusted!
8:45pm 5km easy run done!

Day 2 will consist of an interval or tempo run, we’ll see what the day brings us!
