My challenge is uncomfortable for me because...
After becoming a full-time primary school teacher, my passion and dedication to health and fitness began to fade and I started to dislike the way I was treating both my body and mind. Recently, I have fallen in love with endurance sports and have the ultimate goal of becoming an Ironman!
