It pushes me out of my comfort zone, just like Nedd’s journey inspires us all to do. I'm stepping up to this challenge to not only grow personally but also to raise awareness and support for We Are Mobilise, helping people in Australia experiencing homelessness.

Why am I doing this?
Thursday 2nd OctI’ll be honest—I’ve always put a lot of shit on runners. There are parts of the running culture I can’t stand: the morning coffee raves, the stampede of 50+ people charging down the street like a herd. That scene has never been for me.
But then I had Nedd on my show. He told me about his Uncomfortable Challenge, and something clicked. I thought, you know what? I’m going to do it. He challenged me to 5km a day for 10 days, and I accepted.
Since then, I’ve been running two to three times a week, with my longest run hitting 7km. And the truth? I feel amazing afterwards. I run solo, no earphones—just me and the head noise. I’ve started to enjoy the discomfort, even the pain of it. It’s not easy, but when I push through, I feel like I’ve achieved something real. The head noise disappears, and I’m left with that quiet sense of accomplishment.
This challenge has lit a fire in me, and I know I’ll keep running beyond it.
