My challenge is uncomfortable for me because...

For the past few years there has been something missing in my life. I started a family and life was about them and nothing for me. I need a challenge to work towards both physically and mentally. A stepping stone for more mental challenges in the future.

After travelling around Australia the last year or so, life has been too laid back and I've taken myself, my family and society for granted. It's time to make change and do hard things

For so many years being fit and healthy is what I lived for but the past few years while starting a family I admit I've gotten soft. We have travelled Abit of Australia and while getting news of Bodhi coming through covid the gym stopped and I stopped moving. 
I've realized for my mental health this just isn't on. I need a challenge and I need to do hard shit and I want these 10 days to be a stepping stone to a even bigger challenge I have made for myself in the coming years. This is just a start and also a great way to raise some $$$ for those in need.
