My challenge is uncomfortable for me because...
We first started following Nedd’s journey when he ran across Australia, and our whole family was hooked. We watched in awe as he took on the 1,000-mile challenge, cheering him on from home. His grit and purpose have inspired us to take on our own 10-day challenge together this year.
Cody is 11 and who is completely obsessed with Nedd and currently researching him for his Night of Notables school project, is running 4km daily. Quinn, who is 12 is braving a 3-minute ice bath each day. Little Harper, who’s 8, is smashing out 30 burpees and 30 Dead Bug exercises daily. Mitchell aka Dad is committing to a 30-minute weight workout every day. Renee aka Mum will be running 3km every day
We’re all stepping out of our comfort zones, just like Nedd taught us because doing something uncomfortable can lead to something incredible.
