for Nedd’s Uncomfortable Challenge
My challenge is uncomfortable for me because...
This 10km loop has about 280m of elevation — and I’ve spent the last two years doing everything I can to avoid it. Every time I even think about running it, my head says, “nah, not today.”
So that’s exactly why I’m doing it.
For 10 straight days, I’m taking it on — same loop, same hill, same pain — until I (hopefully) learn to love it. It’s all about getting comfortable being uncomfortable.
Nedd’s challenge is about pushing limits, and this is my version of that. I’m doing it to grow a bit, hurt a bit, and most importantly, to raise awareness and support for We Are Mobilise, helping people doing it tough and experiencing homelessness across Australia.
