My Challenge is to...

122kms

for Nedd’s Uncomfortable Challenge

My challenge is uncomfortable for me because...

I currently work two full-time jobs: Wellbeing Educator and Gym Owner/Head Coach.

Most days, finding time to train myself means waking up at 3:00am, squeezing a session in before coaching classes, training after classes, or fitting it in once I'm back at the gym after supporting and educating our youth all day.

This challenge will push me well outside my comfort zone. It means prioritising running around an already packed schedule and making space for something that doesn't come naturally to me.

I'm not a natural-born runner. My short legs were built more for endurance than speed, and my endometriosis flare-ups often leave me managing significant lower body pain. But exercise has always been one of the few things that helps me navigate the hard days, both physically and mentally.

This challenge isn't about being the fastest. It's about proving to myself that I can do hard things, even when life is busy, uncomfortable, and unpredictable.

So, let's go. 🏃🏼‍♀️🔥
