I can comfortably run a few kilometres each day, but after a few days of doing close to 10km each day I start to get sore and find it difficult to recover. I've previously done 10x 10kms in 10 days, but that was a few years ago when I was in much better shape...
On a completely different note, organising this School Super Day for RPS is a massive step outside of my comfort zone - coordinating students, staff and parents from across the whole school community has forced me to do something I haven't done before!
