KIN Real Estate and KIN Finance are teaming up for the Nedds Uncomfortable Challenge with ten activities, each filmed for one full minute: hula hooping, skipping, 5,000 steps, tai chi, yoga, treadmill moves, ball sports, a TikTok dance, handstands and planking.
