Ned's Uncomfortable Challenge pushes us outside our usual routines and comfort zones, challenging us to build new habits, embrace uncertainty, and hold ourselves accountable every day. Growth doesn't happen when we're comfortable, and this challenge is about proving we're capable of more than we think.
