My challenge is uncomfortable for me because...
I am taking on the NEDs Uncomfortable Challenge to step outside my comfort zone and challenge myself to grow. I want to build resilience, strengthen my mindset and learn to embrace discomfort rather than avoid it. I know that real growth often comes from doing things that feel difficult or unfamiliar. By taking on this challenge, I hope to inspire others to be brave, keep going and recognise their own potential.
