My Challenge is to...
RUN 10KMS, SWIM 4KMS & 100 plus PUSH UPS EVERYDAY FOR 10 DAYS AND TRY TO CONVINCE A FEW PEOPLE TO JOIN 💪🏽
for Nedd’s Uncomfortable Challenge
My challenge is uncomfortable for me because...
What are you capable of, and you only ever find that out when things get hard. We’ve all got more in us than we think, we are about to get uncomfortable to prove it to ourselves. This is another challenge in regional WA, brought forward a little this year as D is training for other events. And it means something:to jump on Nedds, every dollar se raise goes to We Are Mobilise, helping people experiencing homelessness across Australia get back on their feet. If you can chuck something in, you’re part of it too.
This year it’s a family affair again — Dante’s 3rd year taking part with pacer dad, and his 2nd challenge out here in regional WA away from home on The Mornington Peninsula, Vic. Sometimes D finds it hard to inspire himself out here away from his like minded mates and run club. He’s loved nothing more than his local mates father and son duo Noel & Noah joining him on runs and being part of a local trial run club created by the local fitness hero Ave at Outback fitness. He’s again pledging 10kms run, increasing to 4km swim, and 100 plus pushups everyday for 10 days. Little brother Iggy is back for his second year supporting D running, taking on 3kms a day.
Dante’s hoping to inspire others to get uncomfortable too.
