My challenge is uncomfortable for me because...
Normally I’d be capable of doing 15k steps a day but since being diagnosed with stage 4 colorectal cancer in April this year - my ‘normal’ has become very different. Some days I could do what I’ve always done, some days I can hardly get out of bed. But at the very least, with the help of my walking pad when it gets here, I believe I can do 5k every day even on the days that are hard.
