My challenge is uncomfortable for me because...
We want to know what we're capable of, and you only ever find that out when things get hard. So for 10 days, we're getting uncomfortable together with our STRONG Pilates Pakenham x One Run. Run Club crew and putting ourselves to the test.
From 19–28 October, we'll be taking on the Nedd's Uncomfortable Challenge, choosing between 12.2km of running or walking, 122 burpees, or 122 minutes of exercise every day. We'll also come together for Super Saturday @ STRONG on October 24 for team sweat workouts, community and fundraising.
And it means something. Every dollar we raise goes to We Are Mobilise, helping people experiencing homelessness across Australia get back on their feet.
