an Ice Bath everyday
for Nedd’s Uncomfortable Challenge
I could have chose running or burpees.... but let's be honest, I'd have actually enjoyed that....
So - we're taking on an ICE BATH EVERYDAY.
Believe it or not, I run a recovery business - RAWW - with ice-baths. And I absolutely hate the cold, and never use them.
To commit to taking an ICE BATH daily is something that genuinely makes me uncomfortable... It will be hard. It WILL be UNCOMFORTABLE.
I'm about to get uncomfortable to prove it to myself. And it means something: every dollar I raise goes to We Are Mobilise, helping people experiencing homelessness across Australia get back on their feet. If you can chuck something in, you're part of it too. Lesssgo.
