Sole takers are right behind you Nedd, every step of the way and Shaun and I wanted to say thanks for everyone that has gotten behind us so far, those who haven’t yet please get behind us! 

This isn’t for us, it’s for something far bigger than us! 

And it has to be said :
To believe is to take action! 
It’s not enough to sit idle and just watch! 
So stand up and get out there and push yourself, inspire others, support others, find something that scares you and go at it head on!!!! And please get behind Nedd and his army of go getters!


We said we would

Sole takers are heading out for their first 16k prep run tonight.

Been a long day and a longer week. It’s wet and it’s cold.

Probably could just stay in and do it tomorrow night….. but there’s a problem, we said we would
Run! We said yes!
So the shoes are going on! 
Lets  go !

Running 16km a day, everyday!
