This year we are following the 122 method except we have decided to commit to 122km in 61hrs, 122 meals for those in need, 122 blankets/sleeping bags donated, 122 minutes of connection through a Grill'd Fundraiser night. Every year we aim to move the bar higher, while always remembering that our impact matters, big or small.

My challenge is uncomfortable for me because…
…at IAMKIND we choose challenges that stretch us. Not because hard is the goal, but because growth lives there. Every year we try to move the bar a little higher and remind ourselves — and others — that we are capable of more than we often give ourselves credit for.
This year we’re taking on the 122 Method with an IAMKIND spin: 122km in 61 hours, 122 meals for those in need, 122 blankets/sleeping bags donated, and 122 minutes of connection through our Grill’d fundraiser night.
This challenge means something to us because it reflects what we believe: impact looks different for everyone, but everyone has the ability to create it. We can move our bodies. We can give our time and energy. We can donate if we’re in a position to. We can create moments of connection that remind people they matter.
The uncomfortable part isn’t just the kilometres or the hours — it’s choosing to show up when it gets hard and finding out what lives on the other side of that.
We do these challenges to prove to ourselves that we’re capable — but also to show others that they are too.
