I'm running a half marathon every single day. Not because it's easy, but because it forces me to choose discipline over comfort. I'm training for a backyard ultra, becoming a stronger husband and future dad, and proving that growth comes from showing up consistently. Every day I finish is one more reminder that my limits are usually further than I think.
