My challenge is uncomfortable for me because...
Running is uncomfortable, challenging at times and even seemingly impossible. I barely run a 5k well, chasing the sub 20 isn’t everything. But making friends and chasing memories is far better than doom scrolling even if it is hard.Inspired by Ned and my mates at the Sandcrewbondi I have decided to wreck my legs.
